Welcome to Shrooq Al-Anwar Company for General Trading, General Transportation, General Contracting, Exporting Petroleum Products, and Engineering Inspection – LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with our company ("Company", "we", "us") regarding the use of our services and dealings with us.

By using our services or contracting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Shrooq Al-Anwar offers a comprehensive range of services including:

• Logistics support services for the oil and gas sector
• Transportation and distribution of petroleum products
• Construction and building contracting
• Solar and renewable energy projects
• Export of petroleum products
• Engineering and technical consulting

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when contracting
• Adhere to the agreed payment schedule
• Provide necessary permits and approvals in a timely manner
• Cooperate with the team and facilitate their access to the project site
• Notify the company immediately of any changes in the scope of work

Payment and billing terms:

• Payment terms are specified in the signed contract between both parties
• Advance payment is due upon contract signing (usually 30%)
• Remaining payments are due according to specified milestones
• Late payment may result in work suspension
• We accept bank transfers and certified checks

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use them.

The Company's total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure circumstances.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data:

• We collect only information necessary to provide our services
• We do not share your information with third parties without your consent
• We use advanced security technologies to protect your data
• You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time

The contract may be terminated in the following cases:

• By mutual agreement between both parties
• Breach of contractual obligations by either party
• Force majeure circumstances lasting more than 90 days
• Bankruptcy or liquidation of either party

In case of termination, each party shall settle financial dues according to the work completed.

In case of any dispute between the parties, it shall be resolved according to the following steps:

1. Amicable negotiations: Attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation
2. Mediation: Recourse to an agreed neutral mediator
3. Arbitration: Referral of the dispute to arbitration according to Baghdad Chamber of Commerce rules
4. Judiciary: Recourse to the competent Iraqi courts

These Terms are governed by Iraqi law, and Baghdad courts shall have jurisdiction.
